The association Le Voice Lab is an association under the law of 1901 created on 30/09/2019 and whose head office is located at 9 Rue Des Colonnes 75002 Paris. The www.levoicelab.org website (the Site) is created, edited and managed by the Voice Lab association. This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of the association LE VOICE LAB, and it is an integral part of the general terms of use (GTC) of the Site [Legal informations]. The Voice Lab association is committed to an ongoing compliance process in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable as of 25 May 2018 (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (known as the “Information Technology and Freedoms” law) as amended. In the context of the Site, Le Voice Lab is the “data controller” because it defines for what purpose and how personal data is collected, processed and stored. The GRPD establishes a logic of accountability for all actors involved in personal data processing, including subcontractors. The Voice Lab’s personal data protection policy ensures that the data of Site users is collected, processed and stored in a transparent, confidential and secure manner.  
What personal data is collected, for what purposes and on what legal basis(s)? The personal datas collected on the Site and filled in by the website user via the section “contact” are the following: – Name and first name of the user – Telephone number – E-mail address The same as when the user contacts LE VOICE LAB by telephone. The main purposes of the processing of this personal datas and the corresponding legal basis are mainly the following: – to communicate with the user in order to respond to his or her application for membership: the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the association LE VOICE LAB. – to view the browsing history on the www.levoicelab.org website in order to personalize the user journey; the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the LE VOICE LAB association to offer a personalized user experience on the site, the personalisation of services and texts. – to send by e-mail to the user who is not yet a member, information on the activities of the association LE VOICE LAB: the legal basis is the user’s consent. As a result, no promotional e-mail will be sent by LE VOICE LAB to users who are not yet not yet a member of LE VOICE LAB until the user has clearly and positively given his consent to do so (opt-in). to do so (opt-in). To whom are sent the personal datas collected? The people who have access to personal data are exclusively those who need them within the association LE VOICE LAB
Where are the personal datas stored? The datas collected through the Site and then processed by LE VOICE LAB are stored exclusively on servers located in the European Union.
Are personal datas shared with third parties? The personal datas concerning users that are collected on the Site are intended for the unique use of the association LE VOICE LAB in the exercise of its usual activity. Under no circumstances does LE VOICE LAB sell, rent and/or give to a third party for marketing or other purposes, the personal datas collected, processed and stored. In the event that LE VOICE LAB uses a subcontractor, the processing of this personal data will be governed by the provisions of the GDPR. The association LE VOICE LAB does not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases provided for by a legal or regulatory provision.  
Security: how are personal datas protected? LE VOICE LAB takes all necessary measures to preserve and ensure the integrity and confidentiality, availability and resilience of personal data, as well as their encryption. The association LE VOICE LAB undertakes in particular to ensure technical and organisational measures, taking into account the state of the art, a level of security and confidentiality appropriate to the risks presented by the processing and the nature of the personal data processed.
How long are users’ personal datas conserved? Personal datas are kept for a limited period as required by law. The personal data provided by users will only be kept by LE VOICE LAB for as long as it is necessary for the performance of its duties, and for the fulfilment of LE VOICE LAB’s obligations, or for as long as it is necessary to comply with LE VOICE LAB’s legal obligations, to keep records, to settle disputes, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse. The contact information of a prospect (membership applicant) who does not respond to any solicitation will be kept for 3 years in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.  
Information rights of data subjects and exercise of this right The user of the LE VOICE LAB association’s Website benefits from rights of information, opposition, access, rectification, deletion, dereferencing, portability, human intervention and limitation of processing in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 applicable as of May 25, 2018 (RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended (known as the “Information Technology and Freedoms” law). In the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person concerned, LE VOICE LAB or its DPO/DPD may request additional information necessary to confirm the user’s identity. If the user does not obtain satisfaction from LE VOICE LAB or its DPO/DPD, he or she may, after unsuccessful contact, file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, which – in France – is the CNIL.
